Lets talk tomorrow about first dental visit. I have put it off for years, thinking have a cavity or two. Terrified of going because I haven't been in years. Want to wait 30 days until mouth heals, but don't want to wait too long if cavities. Anyway, I am not going that far tonight, hour by hour. I fucking made it 72!
Cavities won't go anywhere. People go for years with untreated cavities. A few weeks to let your mouth heal a little wont hurt. If you have pain in a tooth that's different but don't worry about some untreated cavities.

I beat that trigger down. Just finished dinner and usually walk out back with the dog and have a huge wad of dip. Never again because I am done, I am quit.

Each time you beat down a trigger it loses power over you. Embrace that trigger 'cause when you beat it you are winning. It gets easier the more triggers you break.

We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.

Has tobacco been so kind to you that you should leave it with regret? There are far better things ahead than any we leave behind.

Come join us. Come be quit with us. Rather than slowly commit suicide, slowly regain your health. It might hurt at first, but it won't kill you. And once the birthing process is done you'll find yourself a free man. With friends. And health. And wealth. Come drink at the fountain of quit.

I keep telling myself that after 72 hours the physically shit stops, then its mind games from there on out. I think that gives me peace knowing that at 9:50 pm tonight, all nicotine will be out of my veins
