Why did you quit posting roll jmertz6? I found that sharing my experience with others here every day really helped me knock down craves.

Nicotine has messed up your brain and you are now an addict like us. ANY day might be hard. Why quit by yourself?
I agree. Posting roll is important no matter if you believe you have better things to do than to post on a website. Trust the vets on this.

For me, posting roll has been what I believe to be the difference between success and failure. I post to my group and let them know exactly what is going on with me each day. The groups advice will help.

Is it normal for the urges to be so strong right now. Doing all I can to take my mind off from it. Last 2 days have been brutal... my mind wants a dip pretty bad right now. Need help I don't want to cave!
Stay strong man. I still get some wicked cravings every now and again. But think of it this way also, if you cave, you will have to go through the suck again. Be miserable and moody again. Get some sunflower seeds or hard candies to take your mind off of it and to physically stimulate your mouth. I used to dip Grizz Wintergreen Pouches, so I would buy tea, yank off the tag and stick one of those fuckers in my mouth. Works really well. Also, I would say get the digits of the people in your quit group. It helps a ton.
Stick it out. I promise it is worth it!! You are so much better then a dead plant on a plastic can.
