I first started chewing Red Man Golden Blend when I was 14 years old. Other than the occasional stop for 2-4 days, I have pretty much chewed 1 1/2-2 packs a day for the last 27 years. I buy 2 boxes every pay day (twice a month), but I didn't buy any last Friday, and chewed what I had left. I ran out yesterday and have no plans to buy any more. Last night was rough...woke up sweating and shaking...got some chewing gum and sunflower seeds this morning to ease the pain.
First of all Roll Tide! Let the suck begin! Headaches, sweats, anxiety and rage and more! Hang in there post roll EDD! Quit ODAAT! Do your part and this family here will get your back! Stay quit first and foremost! Need my number or anything pm me.
How do you know he is a bammer? He is BrianinBama not BrianinTURDTOWN.

Quit EDD is the method. Wake up and post roll. Take nicotine off the table for today. Not sure what tomorrow brings but today I will not use nicotine thanks to this site and all my brothers and a sister or two.

Odds are in my favor he's a bama fan it's like 20-1 but hey you may be right, he might be different!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Brian, you nailed it, the nic bitch knows you are serious this time, I started with beechnut/ levi/ then redman till my teeth hurt, then like a dumbass I switched to dipping for another 18yrs. I am on day 26 and I will tell you the first 3-4 days SUCK! It does get better though, with a few bumps in between. Had about a week where sleep is jacked, gas issues for a few, but almost a month in and it has been worth it.

Post roll every damn day EDD and make your promise, get involved with site and read as much as you can, it helps and it works. If you need anything feel free to PM me.

Quit with you!

Brian,

Glad to see another bama boy in here. Post roll every day first thing in the morning. Get involved in our May 2015 group. Exchange numbers. Then fight like hell every day. I'm quit with you.

Brian, welcome aboard. Was looking to throw some advice a new quitters way today and you seem like the only one who is taking this seriously. Quitting is hard work, but it is by no means impossible. This site can add many things that will strengthen your quit, but the single most important thing it can add is accountability. Every other time you have quit and caved your mind was able to overcome your will with some addict logic..."my mouth is sore, dipping will make it feel better"' "I can't focus on my job I need dip to perform". "I'm just going to bum a dip from my buddy, but I won't by it anymore". Sound familiar? This site is ready to go to bat for the quitter in you, but beware the addict part of you will be treated like the lying dick that it is. Because unlike the rest of the world, we know when your inner addict is talking. So the minimum you need to do everyday is post roll, but don't stop there, the more times you help other quitters on this site, the more accountability you bring to your own quit. So get involved. No one knows more about what day 3 of a quit is like than someone on day 4. Good luck.

I have purchased it from Walmart so maybe they just didn't know what you were talking about, it is usually apart from the real stuff. I don't know if you have Quick Trips where you are but they sell it as well.

Thank you. I went by Wal Mart on my way back from lunch to try and find this Smoky Mountain fake dip I keep hearing about. Nobody had a clue what I was talking about. Then I went in a tobacco store looking for it and they had no idea either.
Get on line and order it if you have to it helps some alot others don't need it. I use baccoff

Thank you. The headaches, sweats, and shakes are much worse than I remember any other time I have quit. Maybe it's because I know how serious I am this time.
