Ace - you got this. Listen to these guys. Read, read, read. Post your daily promise to not use tobacco in June 2012 quit group. Drink lots of water. Read some more. Don't think about tomorrow. It's only today that matters. If you need to vent, PM or txt me, or get on the Live chat.

Its been 24 hrs, and I still don't fully know what to expect.  The cravings are really strong but i'm trying to keep my self busy, that seems to help out a bit.  The more I think about it the harder it seems to be.  I just need to keep giving it all for me.
Congratulations on the decision!

Do everything Grizzly25 suggests, it is great advice! Make sure you know what it means to post roll. Once you do, get over to the June2012 quit group and post roll. Give them your word that you will not dip TODAY. Just worry about TODAY. All you will be able to handle is the idea of quitting for TODAY.

Also, there is a link to the CHAT ROOM, which is another way to keep busy. Also, the chat group (and the June2012 group) all know what you are dealing with, feeling, and about to go through.

This is the best decision you have made in a very long time. I don't know you at all, but I do know that!

Send a private message (PM) (go to the inbox tab) if I can help or answer questions.

I'm quit with you today.
*Quit today. Full stop. No qualifiers. Tomorrow?... IDK, IDC.

Good to be quit with you today!!!

The first few days are some tough bitches but you can and will succeed.

Make sure you goto the welcome center and read thru how to post roll and check out all the other incredibly useful info this site has to offer.

Now for advise, stay close to this site as much as you can when you get the rages and craves get on here and vent or read ALOT it will help ALOT!

Drink as much water as you can it helps to flush your system and at least for me helps curb the craves.

Stay strong to your QUIT!
