You were in my group... July '13. How does it feel man? I'm getting close to hitting 400 days. You'd be around that if you had taken this seriously. I'm glad you're back bro but... You need to do this right this time. You have a few things to address...

1... Stick to the original intro you wrote. You don't get another one.

2... You need to post up in your new August group and explain to them
What happened?... Why did it happen?... What are you going to do differently this time?
They deserve real answers. Dig deep and let's hear something we can all learn from.

3... You need to come back to your old group and explain the exact same thing. You pissed on 234 days dude... Did you not learn a damn thing!? This is life and death. Don't be another casualty...
WOW looks like Apple is on you already 234 now you are back in the grinder. NAFAR means this to me never again for any reason...a day 1 I cant think of worse way to start a day then w a day count of one...but on the other hand you need a day one to come back. How bout we do it right this time become accountable to the men and women of this site and become entrenched in the KTC system it works.

Looking back over your prior posts, it looks like you didn't post roll very regularly and you didn't post anything in your original intro after the initial posting. I'm usually a pretty supportive person on here but I won't be wasting my time following you unless you show a lot more commitment from the beginning.

While I personally don't give a damn about the whole state of Michigan, I am glad you decided to come back after your "stop" answer the 3 questions with thought and sincerity and lets get this quit going. Let me know if I can do anything to help.

Well guys, I'm back. I quit last year, and was quit for 234 days before I stupidly caved. But I am back and I will not cave this time.

I am 24 and live in East Lansing, MI. Not married (yet), and no kids for a while. I chewed Grizzly Green pretty much exclusively, for about 5 years.
I wrestled and played football for 10 years, and train a little in MMA here and there once in a while. I start Medical School at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in June with my GF of the last 4 years, and am very excited.

Can't wait to see some old friends and apologize for letting them down, as well as meet some new ones!

Zach
Since you quit - err, stopped - already, you know how the site works. I believe you owe an explanation, partially for you and partially for us.

1. Why did you cave?

2. Why is this time different?

3. What have you done to protect against another cave?

Own your cave, tell us why you are serious and start posting roll. PM me for a number, and let's dump this nic bitch like the crazy ho she is.

Welcome to the toughest most self rewarding thing you will do for yourself. Only advice I can give is:
1) Post everyday, if you cant text a brother and have them post for you! I am as affraid of letting my brothers here down as I am myself. Caving is not an option. However this quit needs to be for YOU!
2) Stay away from booze, at 23 that may be tough. Booze and the Nic bitch wispering in your ear will kill a quit fast.
3) Tell your chew buddies you quit, if there cheap asses like mine they will be happy.
4) Reward yourself, you are going to be saving some cash, buy yourself something awsome to modivate the quit. At 100 days I'm adding a HK 45 to the waist and its costing nothing that I wouldn't have spent on chew.
5) Reach out, chat, text, read. You will need it and we need to help. Helping you helps our quit.

Most important: DON'T BE A PUSSY! Caving is not an option. What ever effort you put in we will put into you. Don't waste our time! POST!

Hi everyone,

My name is Zach and I had my last chaw (or dip) 2 days ago. I am 23 years old and chewed for about 4 years. I have been on this site all day reading but am now just getting to posting. The last 2 days have felt like I have spent 2 weeks on a mental roller coaster. I have felt like I was hallucinating at several different points, which was quite a surprise. I am determined to quit and look forward to meeting you guys!

Zach

Hell Yeah Hellya! Great to see you joining up with all the fine quitters here. Looks like you posted roll so all you have to do is keep that promise today. Don't let that determination fade cause the first few days are rough. Stay close to KTC for now. When it gets rough reach out cause there are plenty of folks here that are more than happy to lend a hand to a fresh bad ass quitter. Shoot me a PM if you need anything.

Like I said in chat, this place works if you want it to! Read the welcome center if you haven't yet and nice job on your first roll post. Hit me with a pm if I can be of any help.
Nice to meet you in chat Zach. Always nice to know another MI quitter. It looks like that link was helpful. I see you have posted role. Posting role each morning will be the back bone of your quit. I suggest you also reach out and grab a few numbers as soon as possible. It pays dividends to have a few people you can call if the craves get tough. I quit with you today.
