As much as I would love to see you in October, if you quit July 27 you actually would be a member of November. I hope you will decide to post roll there daily and join the KTC community of quit. To have come this far on your own is amazing but I think you will find it will be easier to quit with the kind of support offered herr (and you will have more fun, if you let yourself!)

Proud to be quit with you today.

July 27, 2016. Cold Turkey. Over 40 years of some type of nicotine. 95% of the time was Skoal. Wintergreen Fine Cut. Oh how I miss it. Today is Day 84. It is easier. A little.
My reason for quitting was the birth of my first grandchild. I'd like her to see me with a jaw when she gets older.
I am going to hit "post topic". I have no clue where it's gonna post. But thanks for listening.
Brother!
stay quit! were are all here to help.

Just want to correct your language from "I stopped" to "I quit". We don't stop here...we QUIT for life/for good/forever!

Nice work going 84 days...that is a huge feat on your own. Make sure to come here everyday early and post up. Also - make sure that you are quitting for YOU and only YOU. You can quit for someone else all of the time and that only leaves the door open for later to start dipping again like when they get older and aren't around and you are done stopping for them. Quit for YOU and rewire your brain to do that.

You got this...keep it up and see you tomorrow!
Good...good, let the quit flow through you!  -chewie

Welcome Brother! Awesome job getting this far on your own! Keep it up and come here every day and make a promise. I was a 35 year user and also had the motivation to stop partly for a little 6 year old girl that I wanted to see grow up. Read through as much as you can here, you will find lots tools and insight.

Reach out here if you ever need a distraction to keep you quit.

Proud to have you on board!

Hey brother! Based on your days quit, you are part of the Oct group! Great job at quitting cold turkey for that long without support.

Go to this link. This is the KTC October group. Post in there and introduce yourself! These guys and gals are all between 80-110 days quit, just like you. they know how you feel and what you're going through. This is a brotherhood. Dig in deep and make a daily promise to your group that you will not use nicotine today. It's ODAAT here.

Looking forward to being quit with you.
