Your quit group will be the March 13' group. Just click on the salmoncsalmon colored welcome center in the top left of your screen and read up on how to post roll amongst a lot of other great info. If you need anything at all just pm me. Congratulations on quitting and welcome to KTC.

Glad to welcome another bad ass quitter to the KTC family. Congratulations on quitting, it's the best decision you could ever make. Just take it one day at a time and post roll early every single day and make your promise not to use. If you ever need anything or need some digits or just someone to bitch at, just pm me.

Welcome Doug. We have all been where you are right now. The key to a successful quit lies in the answer to a single question: Are you a man of your word? The most important thing to do each morning is to come here and give a bunch of addicts (like yourself) your word that for this day you will not have any nicotene. Its that easy...and that hard. I will give you my word that today I will not have any...and I accept your word to me. We are quit today. Ill see you on the March HOF group in the morning.

Doug - 23 - San Marcos, TX --- Researched and read the site last night. Poured out half a can today and now ready to make the daily decision NOT to dip rather than the decision TO dip. Cigs too. Day one is logged.
