You go you bad ass u! You posted roll now you proved your a bad ass, now for the hard part keep your word and no nicotine whatsoever. We quit one day at a time. Apple is right. Their is no luck at all involved in quitting, we just quit. Cold turkey!
If you haven't already you need to go post roll in the September 13 quit group. Get to know your quit brothers and sisters and get yourself some numbers. Invest in some seeds, gum, hard candy, tooth picks, coffee grounds, fake chew of what ever the hell you wanna put in your mouth, as long as it is tobacco and nicotine free it doesnt matter. If you need a number or anything at all feel free to pm me.

Okay so its my first day quitting everyone! Last time i had dip in my my mouth was 8 0'clock last night and I'm planning on making it my last time. I know there is a long road of work and perseverance ahead and I am taking the first step towards the rest of my life today! Wish me luck all the support I can get is welcomed as I live in a sober living and as some of you might know it is a breeding ground for nicotine use.
