Leap  Wedgie...Well done, gentlemen!!! Keep at it. Embrace the suck!!! Actually take time to "feel" what you are feeling. The suck is wonderful...it is the feeling of recovery.
hell yeah. Don't yield to the bastard of Nic! Look at our Vets. They got through it.

They're bad asses because everyday they said no to nic. All you have to do is get through today. Don't think about anything in the future. Today only is less than 24 hours. You can keep a promise to yourself only for today.

If tomorrow comes, you think about it then. Just pull out all the stops and put 100% of your quit, determination and attitude into today.

What helped me was to tell myself how much I loved the pain. To say that I wanted more. If I hurt enough, I was convinced that I never, ever, wanted to detox again. Helps you to stay quit if you have a lot of pain in the beginning.

LOVE the way you feel today and never forget it. Just keep your promise.

I dig this quitting shit. Good job and you have me so pumped up. It reminded me of going through day 3 and 4. You can get through this and I need you to get through it so I can share in your victory today.

Knock the fucking nic bitch out already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hang in there leap. I've had a few of the same experiences and i'm on Day 4 too. It's just your body getting used to not having nic running rampage through it.

Drink as much water as you can and get some seeds to chew on. It gets better.

Hello, I've chewed Copenhagen for 14 years, and the last 7 of them it was 2 cans a day. I decided to quit on the 10th of april for my health and my family.

Im on day 4 now and I haven't killed anyone, But man am I sick. Is this normal. I cant get warm, chills, stomach feels like I ate enough for 10 people, my body hurts all over.. WTF.
Hell yea remember the feel you won't want to go through it again.
