Smokey Mountain Classic tastes like dog shit! I wish I would have rolled up cat turds now Because that would have tasted Better! Thanks for the warning on that one fellas.... You got me good fuckers! 'Finger'
You can always try the penis in the drawer trick instead and see if that's better....

30isEnuff has had to resort to some odd tactics in his quit. He told you about cat turds and bubble gum and he told me about placing my penis in a drawer and slamming it.

That level of commitment to a quit is downright inspirational! I bow to you and quit with all of you today! http://www.picgifs.com/smileys/s
I use smokey mountain. It's saved my ass. You can order free samples off their website. Just pay shipping and handling. I got 5 full cans in my sample. Not sample cans. Real normal Size cans. I like cherry and grape and wintergreen. Just ordered the peach.
Hoping it's like the vets say. 60 to 90 days in you're just not needing it anymore. For right now though it was perfect.

Hey man, my two cents on the nic-free aids. I used teabags for awhile. No not the Halo teabags, but actual teabags. Cut one in half and separate the tea into each. Roll it up tight so no strays get out and throw it in. Nic-free pouch that'll last for hours. Plus there's anti-oxidants or some shit like that in there so I'm being healthy too.

Quit with you today.

So I am rolling right along. 48 hours and I am feeling Better than I thought I would. I do have a question though: I am using Smokey Mountain to help with the need for oral ( 'crackup' ), does that turn into a hait that is hard to kick?
hey man, that is awesome

go ahead and use the fake stuff. It helps kick the nicotine from your system.

there will come a time when you will then feel that you do not need it and guess what, with no chemical dependency in it, you will just drop it one day (for me that was about 70-80 days in or so).

But it is so worth it.
Anything but Poison (nicotine).
Use cat turds mixed with bubble gum, doesn't matter, anything to "be quit" Today.
Worry about the oral fixation later.
Keep focused on being Quit Today.
Tomorrow isn't real. We don't do the past. Today is a gift, that's why it is called the present.
ODAAT and you are a bad ass quitter!!
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
It's poison I tell ya, You wouldn't drink Liquid Drano, would ya?

That is an excellent question! I haven't tried any of the replacements because I'm worried about that exact thing. I'm interested in the answer.

25 hours and my journey sucks ass... Foggy... Bored, can't focus... Eating seeds drinking tea, water ...quit before , 365 days
... Fishing , hunting , road trips, baseball games...are you kidding me?  Ok, I'm 50. Actually 49. But if I live to 75, I'll be happy. 25 more years.  Kind of thinking why not enjoy these years with a big fat assed chew. Why not 2?  One up and one down?  This sucks ass.
Why be a slave to just nicotine? There are so many other addictions you could "enjoy" the next 25 years.

Or, you can break the cycle. I have been quit 1125 days. I am past the suck. So I know what you are going through and I know what quit and clean feels like. I will take quit all day, every day. Bunker down and don't forget the suck. Let it be a reminder of how shitty addiction is.

Post roll friend.
What this guy said. I haven't put that poison in my body for 656 days now and I don't regret my decision at all.

It will get better, you just need to use the tools available to you on this site and these feelings will pass. After you get past the suck phase and come out on the other side, I guarantee you won't regret your decision at all.

So I really dont want to sound like an ass, But i am 25 hours nic free and I am not finding this difficult. Time will tell, But nicotine seems to Be a it of a pussy 'na na'
Be scared a little. Quitting can be easy to do if you have the resolve to never dip again. However, nicotine is very smart drug and can hit you from behind. Depressing thoughts about not dipping ever again, and what you'll miss. THE FOG. http://www.killthecan.org/facts-figures ... tting-dip/

Weekends... no more dipping on the weekends, boo hoo, etc. Read about all of this in here. Hang with it and it will be the best thing you never did before. Being free from nicotine finally......
