23 days today. Went to Waukon for a DAV meeting today. Longest drive without a dip since quitting. Used fake made it just fine. Feeling tired probably going to go to bed early tonight. No temptation today quit is going well.

Did have a temptation today. Was at the Veterans Center and forgot my fake. A buddy had a can and I almost asked for a dip. I remembered my promise and didn't. It was a fleeting split second temptation but it was still there

22 days today. Feeling good, feeling fine, feeling outta sight. Lol Seriously though this far in to my quit and I feel good. I been getting stuff around the house done, seems my productivity has increased. Still using fake but not near as often.
Gets better each day.
Stay the course, will hit some waves,
but stay connected, stay strong and most importantly , use your tools.

Quit with you !

21 days. Three weeks! I made it weeks so far! No end in sight for my quit. I can't believe I made this far. I look back on the first few days of my quit and I am amazed I made it through. I never would've believed I could quit dipping until I found this site. I know I have a ways to go but I made it this far and I am ready for today whatever it brings. Special thanks to Cadoit, Nomore1959, TJSCHU, Maddog, ChickDip my December quit brothers and all the others that helped thus far.
Three weeks is awesome man!!! Keep up the good work!!!

20 days! Hell yeah! I'm 20 days in to my quit! I feel good about that. Hell I feel proud of that! I never in the past 23 years thought I could go 20 days, almost a month, without a dip, but here I am. I credit my group brothers and the veteran quitters on KTC.
Great job r3, glad to be quit with you today brother!

Day 18! Still feeling under the weather but better than I have the last day or so.
So 18 days is another record for me and the KTC kool aid tastes pretty good. I wish I could quit for people but I can't. I can only lead them to the path.
