Post roll dude, it's the only price for admission.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Welcome!

I wish dip really helped people lose weight - I'm just as fat now as I was when I quit. :)

The truth is that the only thing dip does is give you a short term nicotine fix and usually at a higher dosage of nicotine than smoking cigarettes does. You have become a nicotine addict.

The good news is that everyone on this web site is a nicotine addict and we have beaten down a path to nicotine freedom. Post your name on this list...

August 2017 Quit Group

Post your promise not to use nicotine for 24 hours. The other folks in this group are doing so as well. Keep your promise and repeat in the morning.

Congrats Jesse.

Welcome aboard. You're one day after me quitting. Happy to quit with you. The comment below yours says you posted roll....are you in pre-HOF August 2017? I didn't see you but hope to soon. Or maybe I missed something or you got bumped. Either way wanted to say hello and offer to exchange digits if you'd like for emergency support. If so, PM/DM me. In any case, hope to see you posting roll tomorrow and every day after that. ODAAT. WUPPEDD.

This is the first forum that I've been a part of, so it took me a while to navigate it. Finally found where to post this intro!

My name is Jesse and I'm 23, coach college wrestling (Alabama), and am currently in grad school for finance. I started stuffing my face with poison when I was 19 and wrestling in college. As you all well know, nicotine is an appetite suppressant and helps with cutting my weight - seems like a great idea. Nonetheless, everyone on my team, included my coaches did it so it was just part of the culture. Now that I have graduated and moved on, getting married soon, etc, it is time to put an end to it. I'm also extremely health conscience - eating healthy, lifting and training, as well as freaking out about minor issues with my health, so why the hell do I dip?? I quit 5 days ago on May 2nd and I'm excited for this new, healthier chapter and the support that comes with it.
Taking steps to be heathly is always a good choice. Understand that you are addicted to nicotine and it is a daily choice not to use, just like every other choice you make daily.

The difference is that we promise each other that we will not use today. I know you made it, by seeing your name on roll.
There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.
