If you are still quit. Click the link up above that says "community". Then click "welcome center". "Then click how to post roll". If you want support here you need to do it this way. We quit one day at a time and we make a promise each day to quit. By posting roll. If you can take that seriously, you can seriously quit. Good luck.

In my sig block should be links to YT videos demonstrating how to post roll. Once I watched a video, it made sense.

I'm pretty pumped. 4 days quit. Still haven't figured out how to roll call. Not to foggy but I got no appetite and feel edgy. More water and gum. I got this.
How about giving roll a try... It isn't rocket rocket science. Seems hard but you just need to go into April 2015 quitter thread and do it. If you screw it up someone will fix it. Until you post roll you have not committed to quitting and this thread is just idle chatter.

Commit. Post roll. That needs to be a priority today.

Congrats on a great choice, Coyote. 2 days of freedom is a great start. One suggestion...get the right attitude. YOU ARE FREE. YOU SHOULD BE PUMPED. That is what embracing the suck is all about. Think of it this way...you GET to feel this crappy because you made a great CHOICE!!!

Quitting is a privilege reserved to those who had the guts to do it. You did. And you should be pumped about that. Never miss an opportunity to celebrate. You're kicking the Nic Bitch's ass ONE DAY AT A TIME. For the first time in over 20 years, YOU'RE calling the shots. You ought to be pumped about that.

YOU GOT THIS!

Thanks. Drinking lots of water and chewing gum. I'll figure out how to roll call.
The only thing you need to do or say is post roll and kick the nic bitch to the curb daily. The rest is gravy, like getting to know your fellow bad ass quitters.

Jcoyote,
Great decision, glad to have you hear. Figure out how to post roll call in April 2015. Do it each morning every day.
Read everything on the site, get active, drink water and get seeds, candy, gum or fake. Protect your quit!
Proud to quit with you
Charles
