I quit at the busiest time of year because it kept my mind off what I was suffering through. Do what ever works, but I know one thing the does work, and that is posting roll!
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Jason, I took time off of work because I could barely function. Lied on the couch in pain and before I started warned my wife and 2 sons to ignore me and anything I said to them please forgive me and I know I was an ass those 3 days. However, now I am on day 14 and so glad I went thru the 3 day fog. I had to drive to the grocery store the first day and I was in such a fog I made sure I didn't drive again until the fog lifted it on day 4. Try the fake dip and tough out those 3 days.

If you can, yes take time off work.

Quitting sucks at first. ThereÂ’s no way to make it pretty. ItÂ’s just like a heroin addict going through withdrawals.

But once you make it through the suck, you are free. You just have to tough it out.

Remember how you thought you were a big man when you first started dipping? Now itÂ’s really time to prove your manliness.

If you haven’t yet, join your January ‘18 quit group. Post roll.

Oh, and when you want to rage, donÂ’t take it out on your family. Come here and rage at us. We can take it.

Hey guys. IÂ’ve never been on a forum before and this is all new to me. Today I finally admitted to myself that IÂ’m an addict. IÂ’ve done other things in my life but Copenhagen Wintergreen Longcut is my addiction. I made an attempt to quit today and made it a full 24 hours before I gave in again. I thought I could go cold turkey and quit and I wasnÂ’t prepared. This time I want to quit for me and nobody else. Today was hell, I donÂ’t remember a lot from this morning because my head was full of fog and when I got home from work today I was moody as hell towards my family. I get real bad Anxiety every time I quite. Today was the longest I went with out a dip. I really think the only way I can be successful is cold turkey but would like feedback on this. Seeds and gum didnÂ’t work today. Sorry, new to all this and really want to quit. Has anybody took time off work to stay at home the first three days and just ride it out?
