I hear you about being around dippers. Our men  women in uniform are notorious for being tobacco users. Despite all the briefings we go to about the cause  effects of tobacco use one would think that we should know better. Whatever the case may be though, we all have our demons to fight. You are not alone. We are in this together. But you gotta want this more than anything. The fact that you're on KTC is a great start. This is only the beginning though so read everything you can on this addiction. This site has countless nuggets of information to set you up for success. You can do this bro.

Thank you so much for your service friend! I notice you are now at day three, and yet you haven't posted roll. Do you understand how things work here? Do you know what group to go to? If you know your group, then you need to start posting roll. It's without question the single most important thing that will lead to your success. If you don't know your group, please let us know. Also, make sure you read the Welcome Center thread.

hoping it sticks won't cut it. you have to take it one day at a time. make a promise that you won't use any today. then keep your word. read up on this site, there is a lot of good information here. once you are ready to make that promise... flush all that shit you got and post roll.
Great job cm! Jt you being in the military should know all about discipline. I know you are alot bigger than little olé tin. Now grab your sac and man up! You don't want cancer? Nobody does but if I told you, you would get it your next dip would you quit? Hey who knows are next dip could be the deal breaker. Not worth that chance to me. I'm all in balls deep in my quit! I want it, I'm taking it, I own it! As long as I post roll every damn day and keep my word, which to me is everything, I will not fail! Come on post roll and let's get you some badass quit going! military quit intro
« on: May 23, 2015, 03:25:00 PM »
I was introduced to Copenhagen 13 years ago and have quit and restarted ever since. Being in the military I'm surrounded by dippers. Every time I quit, I'll be at work and hear someone pack a can and it's near unbearable to not bum a dip. So the battle is on going. I never thought I would use a forum for help but at this point I'll try anything. I don't want cancer,I want to feel and look better so today is day one for me. I hope it sticks.
