Great choice to quit and a great place to get the help needed. If you indeed quit on the 25th your quit group is November 2018 because that would be your Hall of Fame month. Here is the link for that month.

If you quit on the 24th then your quit group will be October 2018

You got to post roll in your quit group. I believe that would be Pre-HOF November. Posting roll is making a promise that you wonÂ’t use nicotine for today. We quit one day at a time! And believe me, it gets better! If you want some digits hit me up with a PM top right hand corner.

Today is my 4th day of no chew. After 23yrs of a can a day I feel like I can finally do this. I enjoy reading the post on this site and seeing that IÂ’m not the only one going through this. Excited about beating this with all of you. I hope I posted this in correct area. I havenÂ’t done this before.
