Hey y’all, I have a question. When the fog hits my anxiety takes off, do any of you feel sometimes like you can’t take a deep breath? I’ve been to the ER twice, they said my lungs are good and so is my heart in fact I’m like the lowest chance for a heart attack there is. But it’s really frustrating, wondering if any of you experience the same. I’m about a month into my quit and I was a 2/3 can a day guy. Dipped for 9 years
Hey Auggie,
I can't speak personally to the anxiety part but
here is a some good information. You may have already read it.
If you want to really get the most out of this site you should join your quit group and post roll everyday with us. You would be in the
September 2019 Quit Group.
Go in there and post your promise to be nicotine free for 24 hours at a time, keep your promise for the day and repeat every morning.
This is a tried a true method and who knows, it may even calm your anxiety knowing you have a group of people helping keep you accountable.
Great job quitting on your own for this whole time though, that is also bad ass.
I hope to see you in the trenches.
Proud to quit with you today,
Chris
