You asked for advice, and you got tons of it. These are some things that helped me:
1. Try to figure out why you want something in your mouth. Seriously look into oral fixation.
2. Use what you need now to curb the oral fixation part of the quit. Seeds, Fake, Gum, DO NOT EAT EXCESSIVELY.
3. Exercise- If you are like me, you're thinking I'm crazy. But you quit dipping to get healthy, so get healthy!
4. MOST IMPORTANT. Do not blame others for your craving. It's your dumbass that got you into it and it is all of us that are helping. DO NOT take anything at all out on your family. I said some mean stuff that I will never be able to retrieve.
5. Spend as much time on this site as you possibly can!
6. As time goes by, wean off the Fake and etc.
