Had the most screwed up dream last night. So here I am headed into my 2nd month dip free. Feeling pretty damn cocky.
Go to bed early last night, nice benefit of quitting, and I dream that my wife my two boys and my daughter are all in the
living room having a dip. WTF is that??? I am continually baffled how the mind works under the addiction of nicotine.

By the way, Day 32 has some mouth sores healing. Seriously??? Never in a million years would I think my mouth would
respond to the way it is currently.

Food is tasting real good lately. Wife's pot roast last night was so damn good. I quit with all you bad ass mofo's!!

I can tell you one thing. Not waiting up at night for everyone to go to bed then throwing a turd in my mouth
for a couple hours, really makes for getting up in the AM easier. Good night sleep = less irritability. ODAAT
This was one of the biggest eye openers for me as well JGlav. Every night I would try my damndest to get the kids and wife in bed early so I could feed my addiction. Now I actually hang out with my wife at night, watch some stupid show on TV and then go to bed at a decent hour. I would stay up, dip and drink beers thinking I was living the high life. I couldn't have been more wrong. I can now live as I have always wanted and while the emotions are raw at first and can be tough to handle, it's better than forcing an anesthetic into your body all the while flirting with cancer and death.

You're doing awesome already JGlav. Keep piling up these victories and you'll look back and wonder what the hell took you so long. I'm proud to quit with you today.
Thanks Dude. I do struggle don't get me wrong, but I like to write the positives down and the good things that
happen while I'm quit. I ninja dipped so damn long I felt like I was hiding doing heroin or something. It was killing me
mentally and physically. I'm quit though and for that I admit everyday!!!

Went for a jog this morning, fighting off the urges to bitch and snap on some one so I just put on some workout clothes and off I went.
drinking lots of water. feels good. supposed to have some beers with buddies tonight. none of them chew which is great.
Off to do yard work before the rain. Later
Remember it's no harder for you than many others, you have got to want this! Great job on catching the rage and leaving, that's definitely another win in the books! No one told you this was easy, be a man a take control back of your life! Damn proud to be quit with you today my brother!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD
