Day 3 down! Im hurting today but as soon as I singed on to KTC i started feeling better! I know I'm not far into this quit but taking it one day at a time! Day 3 is almost over for me and I'm marking it up as a win! Anyone who reads this on day 1 or 2, hell even quitters who are much further than I, Just know I am here for everyone! We are all in this quit together and support systems will make our quits successful!
Quit on, Big Rob!
You got this! Your all most over the worst of it so gut it out my friend.
PM me if you need anything.
Quit with you today!
Beyond 72 hours and it's all a mind fuck. The nicotine is physically gone from your system now. Just sharpen you mind with the tools and people here. The mental game can be an easy one to win. Know when to lean. Glad to have you in here living life and not being a slave.

QLAFM
Step out your door today. Take a good look at the world poison free my friend. See, hear and feel the world the way it's suppose to be. Look at everything without the poison desensitizing you feelings and blurring your vision. Great job!
Thanks everybody! This site is great it has helped me so much! I'm so proud to be quit with all of you! Day 4 is starting for me and all I am is looking forward to being poison free!
Way to be a badass Rob!
Now +1 and repeat!
QLF with you!
Big Rob, keep up the good work brother and be proud of of every day you win over the nic bitch. Brag about it and don't feel arrogant one bit by doing so.

On a separate note, post these victories on your original threadÂ…that will be your thread in KTCÂ…a documentary of day 1 through current day. Perhaps an administrator can merge this thread into your original so that it's all tied together and you don't lose these words of support.

HoF Speech

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Love the enthusiasm dude. Start putting these updates in your original intro thread though. You will then be able to look back on it like a quit journal, and the folks you meet on here can refer to that to post questions and congratulations on milestones.

Good stuff here bro. Reaching out like this and asking to be held accountable is what it's all about. Keep it up!

Also... Lets keep your posts to your previous intro. Everybody gets just one. It's easier to track your quit journey. Rock on...

Get on Quit Chat. I remember day 2 like it was 13 days ago. I'm on day 15 and the trip is worth it. Hang in there. I was on this site a crapload the first week. Good thing I gave up Facebook. I'm not gonna lie, it sucks now but it will get better then it will suck again but not as bad. Today I feel great. Quitting with ya today. I will be on chat in about 2 hours.
