I am quitting for Lent. I have been looking at natural supplements that help with cravings, mood, etc. I was hoping for someone who has actually tried some products to suggest some for me. I started chewing when I was 13 am and now 40. This is going to be hard. I quit Copenhagen 3 years ago and have been chewing skoal. Yes, there is a difference. :) Thanks, in advance, any and all help will be appreciated.
