Hey Brian, you don't say how old you are now. I started dipping when I was 18. I'm 56. My next big event in life is death.

You come here to quit nicotine. It's that simple. You've tried before, and failed. This site has a proven method: Promise every morning that you will not put nicotine in your body, then keep your promise.

It's that simple. It's that difficult. It's focking hard!!! Are you up to the challenge?
My apologies sir. I am 21. Knew I missed something out.
Hi man. Very smart to quit at your age. I stated at 16 and quit at 41. And stopped 9,000 in between. Along the way I paid 45k to big tobacco.

Posting roll works. It is hard to understand and believe at first, but this place really is abrotherhood and posting roll ties your commitment to a team. Inevitably, one of your new group will cave. When the anger and fury of that failure is released in your group, you get stronger. Sounds crazy? It works. I sure hope to see your name on roll. Quitting as a team is the way to go.

Nice intro btw!

Welcome.

Very simply, we make a promise to not use nicotine in any form for one day. Then we repeat that promise the next day, and every day after. We make that promise as early in the day as we can, before we have a chance to buy any of the crap.

Find the Welcome Center, and learn how to post Roll. Then find the Quit Group section. You will be a member of the September '16 group. Post Roll, make your promise, keep it. Simple, but difficult.

Drink a lot of water. The poison will be flushed out of your system after about three days.

Get to know the guys in your group. Get their digits, and use them when you need to.

Stay quit. There is no excuse to ever use again. All the tools you need to stay quit are here. Use them.

Proud to quit with you.

My introduction
« on: June 09, 2016, 10:46:00 PM »
Hello everyone, just thought I'd share my story. I started dipping at 18 at work as a lifeguard. One thing that I have noticed is dipping is pretty big in jobs like lifeguarding, firefighting, police, military etc. which I was completely unaware of. When I first started I was able to control myself and only dip when offered, I never bought a tin for myself. As the years went by I started buying tins but I was still able to control myself to around 3 lips per day. I quit once and was doing fine until my friend offered me some at a party and that is where things started getting out of hand. Then I started going through a tin a day. I am lucky that I have not had this habit for long time but now I have decided enough is enough and am ready to quit for good. Excited to be a part of this community!
