What's up guys, I'm 27 years old, and have been chewing since I was 16. I am married with two kids and want to be around to be their dad for a long time. I've tried to quit several times, but now I am ready to get serious! Thanks in advice for any tips/support I will receive.

That's a dang good start right there. There's a little more to it, but concentrate on what WT57 said. The other pieces will fall into place.

You've made the right decision. Never forget the agony of the first few days. Put that in a memory vault. Stay quit and you'll never have to suffer through that again.
Best thing about withdrawal is it only happens once because you're quit.

Nice work.
