ARedmo – This Single guys with no kids currently lives in northern Michigan and is originally from Houston, Texas. Had his first dip when he was 15 years old and continued to chew off and on and for the next 5 years then really hit it hard and didn't take any time of for the next 5 years. He mostly dipped the cheap stuff Grizzly Wintergreen. He will probably spend his 100th day quit by hanging out with family. He will be signing up for another 100 days because this has been a big part of his quit and he'd like to continue to do what has worked so far. His words of wisdom- “I would say that it’s important to post roll obviously, get phone numbers, talk to people who have more time and less time, as well as people who have the same amount of time who can get you through the rough times who also know what you are going through.” He is a big Detroit Red Wings and Winnipeg Jets fan. He drives a Toyota Tacoma, his favorite hobby is playing hockey. Marcus and Gorilla have been my two most regular contacts and have helped me quite a bit.
"If you want to quit then stop talking and just QUIT. If you want to kill yourself a bullet is cheaper and faster than a tin, plus it eliminates my hearing you whine and cry like a bitch."

Thank you for making a great choice, brother!!! One day at a time is you new motto. Nothing else matters but today. Nobody is promising to quit forever here...just for today. YOU CAN DO IT.

You've found the right place buddy. Now jump right in and leave the bullshit at the door. Start posting roll with us in the Nov13 group and get some numbers. I couldn't believe I started doing the shit that people suggested I do here, but the truth of the matter is THAT IT HAS MADE IT EASIER for me. I'm still grinding to make sure I get to keep the gift that was given me. I suggest you do the same. Choose to keep it.

Peace.

This site does not offer hope.

What it does offer is a place for link minded nicotine addicts to gather and support each other via process of posting roll each day (more on that in a moment) and forming a brotherhood that leads to accountability. You stopped using in the past but started again by choice. You chose to put an addictive drug into your bloodstream.

We post roll, by choice, which is giving our word to our our self, our group, and every one else here on KTC that we will remaing nicotine free for one day. One day at a time. A promise for one day. That's it. Our choice to post roll and to remain quit for today is not easy. It flat out sucks at times. Honestly, tossing Sasquatch's salad seems like an better option on some days. And on those days I spend a little more time here reading intros and realizing that I'm not alone in my past or current feelings. I read Hall of Fame Speeches to gain motivation to fight for the next hour or so. I get to know other quitters on a personal level so that walking away will not go unnoticed. This is what KTC offers...real tools. Not Hope.

The choice is yours. Remain a slave to the can, or chose to be free and clean today. The choice is yours to make and you will have to do the heavy lifting by posting roll and then honoring your word each day, but we can help.
"Dunno about you HP, but LOOT doesn't like getting assfucked, by anyone....and certainly won't chalk it up to 'shit happens'."

Hello everyone, my name is Alex (Aredmo) I'm 25 and have been dipping for about 10 years so since I was 15 or so. I have tried to quit two or three times in the past and made it about a month at the very most and decided that I needed to try something else that actually worked for the long term- I stumbled upon this cite which offers some real hope for quitting. Im coming to the close of my 5th day and just wanted to introduce myself as this seems like an important step (getting contact info etc.) in staying quit. Thanks for your time
Alex,
Congratulations on your decision to save your own life and some money. You will not regret your decision. You would be in the pre-HOF November 2013 quit group and should post roll every day.

Posting roll is your way of pledging/promising that you quit that day. I will send you a PM into your forum inbox to help guide you along with giving you my phone number in case you need to contact me or need an asshole to talk to or text.

Stay strong and quit for you!
