Welcome aboard Jason. I noticed that you have not posted roll in December 2013 Quit group yet. ItsGot2Happen has posted several links for you below. Start with reviewing the information and learning how to post roll. Posting roll is what we do every day. No Exceptions. That is the price of admission around here.
Now that you know the basics, post roll with the December 2013 Quit group and look up at your inbox (1). That is a personal message from me with my telephone number. Congratulations on a wise decision. Wayne

Hey Jason, I just read your post on pinched's intro. I highly recommend that you stay off the alcohol for a while. If you are serious about quitting and actually desire to succeed, you will need your wits about you. Alcohol kills many quits very early.

Welcome to the site Jason.

Can a day or a can every 3 days, what is the difference? We know it is bad in any amount. We know it is every bit as addictive as heroin. We know that it is loaded with carcinogens and causes a host of other health problems, yet we stuff it in our lip anyway. This can end right now. You have come to the right place.

Truthfully, you have a lot of hard days before you, but, it can be done. Thousands of us quit each day, one day at a time.

This is why we are here. index.php?showtopic=125

This is how we quit. index.php?showtopic=120

This how to post roll. index.php?showtopic=50

You need any help navigating the site, let me know. I quit with you today.

Jfields quit

My name is Jason Fields, I turned 40 this year, and have been dipping since I was 12. I've never been a "can a day" kinda guy, but I AM a creature if habit. My times were (are) at night, watching Tv, on long drives, during sporting events, drinking beer, etc... I'm done!! Just another bit of wisdom that I've found in my "old age".
