Quit is simple, but nicotine is a strong addiction and early days can be tough.
Step 1, flush every can you have down the toilet. You don't want temptation around right now.
Step 2, go th the April 2016 quit group and post roll - your daily promise to use no nicotine for 24 hours. Trade digits with the quitters there -- yes complete strangers will help you with accountability, go for it.
Step 3, read everything on this site to learn. Knowledge cuts down fear and tames nicotine. Drink lots of water, exercise, drink cranberry juice to flush your system.
Step 4, realize you are healing every day you free yourself from nicotine's control.
