Day 100! Congratulations on a huge milestone in your quit!

One day at a time, by posting every day and keeping your word, the pride and honor that you feel today will only grow and get better. There is a lot of greatness ahead! Congratulations, and thanks for being an inspiration. It is an honor to quit with you today.

Thanks Worktowin! You're awesome man. I appreciate your support. The physical bumps in the road are getting better. Posting roll and the brotherhood accountability keeps me going one day at a time. I feel overwhelmed and weak when I think about the future. Can't do it!!! Only today, I can handle that!!

Congratulations on hitting a month of freedom! While there may be a bump or 2 in the road ahead, the general trend is now up. You've learned the tools and post your promise, and keep your word. Proud to quit with you today man!

Dear OL:

I will get with you later via PM, but here is a quick reply before I hit the road. I am beginning to understand why it's a 100 day HOF, and not a 10 day. These experiences seem to be part of the body finding a new balance. Keep it up... Based on what I read, it does get better.

As an example, last night I felt horrible. I felt nauseated, I felt like throwing up, and I could not sleep again. I have not had a good night of sleep since I quit.

I have noticed that exercising feels great, and I am energized and I feel pretty good for a long time afterwards.

I wish I could say this quit was getting easier for me, but I feel like since day 14, I've been anxious, short-fused, and kinda depressed at times. Havent been sleeping the best, and my energy feels low. I dont mean to sound like a pansie, but for me, it seems like things are getting harder, not easier. I'm not gonna cave, just venting frustrations
This is the place to vent!!!

2 weeks free. Dude, you brain has gone they some big changes in the past 2 weeks. One day at a time you are gonna get to a better place. Keep doing what you are doing and keep the faith.
