Day 3... definitely sucking donkey balls. I've got a constant dull thud, like a deep sort of burn under my skill through my whole body. Everything sucks.

Awful sleep, weird dreams. Every few hows I get the panic whips. I just have to keep reminding myself not to be a bitch and fight through it... After today I will never have another day 3. After tomorrow there will never be another day 4.

I don't even know how I've made it through work today. It took almost 30 minutes of typing, messing up, deleting, retyping just to post this. God help me.

Welcome!
This is the first time I've quit nicotine!
I've smoked, chewed, patched, snorted and pretty much did
anything I could do to stop. Nothing worked for more than a
few days. Because it sucked ASS! And I had nobody to be accountable to! That's where this site comes in. Post roll in the morning, and you are making a promise to not use nic. for that day. And then do it again tomorrow....
We are here quitting with you!

Welcome! This is the easiest way to quit and stay quit. Wake up every morning, post your promise in your group, keep your word. Repeat this every day and everything else will work out.

And I'm sorry, but the next couple days are going to suck donkey balls.... But embrace that suck, learn from it and if you do it right, you only need to do it once.

Quit on!

Introduction - Today is the day
« on: March 13, 2017, 03:26:00 PM »
When I was 13 I took my first dip of Skoal Cherry. 32 years old now with about 15 years of that cruel mistress Copenhagen. I got on this site about 6 months ago, decided to quit, told my wife I quit. I made it 1 day, bought some nicotine gum, then bought some camel snus, then bought some skoal snus, then wintergreen pouches... then copenhagen pouches. You get the idea. I've been feeling like a piece of trash. The dentist told my on my last visit that I am showing some gum line recession but nothing serious to worry about... YET.

I am here posting because today is the day I am done. Just wanted to say I'm hopeful the next few weeks won't be too bad. My last attempt did actually ween me down (I've been taking 1-2 pouches of copenhagen a day for the past week or two).

So here I am... I'm done. Can is going in the trash. Thanks in advance for the support!
