I quit chewing Red Man....easy. I quit smoking....easy. I quit dipping...easy. None of that crap was really that hard. There was a mild oral fixation to cover, but that is easily handled.
Quitting nicotine was a son-of-a-bitch. That was a f'n commitment and a lot of effort was required (at least in the first couple of months).
The point...you are not addicted to pouches, long-cut, smokes, patches, nicorette, chaw, snus, ecigs, etc. You are addicted to nicotine. NICOTINE is what you hopefully consider "the worst habit ever".
Congrats on seeing the light. I'll be looking for your name on the roll. Keep choosing freedom! After finishing the WELCOME CENTER, I'd suggest you check out the WORDS OF WISDOM section, and maybe some HALL OF FAME speeches. There's a ton of good stuff on here, and it can do wonders to kill a crave and motivate your quit.
