Feeling like crap is a privilege reserved to those who have the guts to live free. YOU MADE THAT CHOICE!!! Feeling like crap is cause for celebration!!!

Mr. Wilson...this is the right place. Welcome.

Nice job posting roll.

FYI...You posted under the supporters section. The section above that is for the May quitters. Minor detail and you will figure it out. The most important thing is that you posted.

Enjoy your new found freedom.

Mr. Wilson, Sir, welcome to KTC. If you have the desire to quit we can help. but the decision to quit has to be yours and it has to be for you. Get serious and we will get serious with you.

hello men and women I have been quit for 3 days now just now seeing any side effects its been 29.5 yrs since i started and its time to stop. but i can do this.
Welcome Mr. Wilson. You have come to the right place to be quit and I am glad you found this site. I see you posted roll with May 2014. You want to put your name below the "new quitter" section. The "other bad ass quitter section" is guys and gals from other quit groups that are showing their support for May 2014. Very few get it perfect the first couple of times (me included). The important thing is you are here and committing to quitting. Since you have posted with May you have probably already figured out that your quit group is the group of people who will hit 100 days quit in the same month as you. Lots of good folks here. Start with the welcome center, hit up live chat and get involved, it really helps get through the rough spots. PM me if you ever need anything.
