You HOPE it gets easier? Where are your balls brother? Change your attitude to one THAT WON'T PUT ANOTHER DIP IN HIS LIP EVER AGAIN. It's you or tobacco, which is it Mr. Hope? You gonna let that little weed kick your ass and take away a father, husband, son, and friend? get tough and flush that shit; get on here and post roll.

Your willpower has to be stronger than your addiction at all times. If your willpower ever slips, you'll have a wad of leaves back in your mouth. See your addiction for what it is and you can do this.

When you feel anger and rage, remember don't take it out on anyone at home, bring it here. Let it out on us. We can take it. Follow what these guys have said, post roll and make friends in your quit group.

Welcome to our group. The way to make this stick is to post roll. Instructions are here.

By posting roll, you are making a simple promise not to use nicotine today. Pretty simple, you only have to get through today. Anyone can get through today, right? Then you do it again tomorrow.

I can promise you it will be easier if you join your quit group, make some friends to lean on and post roll EVERYDAY. It wont be easy. but it will be easy-er.

Ready for the first time

I've tried to quit many times over the last 20 years and failed every time! But looking back I wasn't serious I was gonna start by "slowing" down doing less everyday. Well after hearing my wife and kids lecture me enough because they were right. I finally figured out is was selfish and not fair to my wife or kids to have there dad or husband die premature because he wanted a F N dip!! So Monday 2/29/16 I got pissed at myself and threw all my cans of dip away and told anybody who would listen that I was quitting! It's going on 5 days now with no tobacco or nicotine at all! It's been real tuff so far ! Hope it gets easier.
