I agree with the cigars! They may not contain a large amount of nic but they do put some nic in your system and for many will lead back to the can! I've seen many stories on here where guys quit dip and go to leaf cuz their gums hurt.....then to nic gum because the leaf was harder to hide......then to cigars "cuz they don't have alot of nic" but cigars got expensive so back to the can.........you already stated you understand how visicouse this drug is which is OUTSTANDING! Cigars have nicotene my new quit friend so you need to ditch those too!

Sounds familiar. In my last week of slavery I chewed on an average of 5, $10 cigars per day. Yeah, thought I was beating it since I wasn't dipping. How wrong I was. Thank God I found KTC 138 days ago. Come on in and utilize the tools as intended and you, too, will be thankful for stumbling across this little community. Shout if you need anything.

PS. If you've chewed cigars in the last 10 days....figure out when the last time you had one was. THAT will be your Day 1 on KTC.

I'm new and have been addicted to nicotine for years. I quit 10 days ago.  Found the site by searching nicotine addiction.  I'm doing o.k. but want to eat food all the time.
I have mostly chewed gum or chewed cigars.  In and out of the can, I knew it was controlling my life and the guilt and health factor was really getting to me.  I don't ever want to uptake nicotine again.  As you all know it is a viscous drug.
Welcome B. Fuckin drop the cigars bro. No more. You are done. You are clean.

Now....follow the salmon Welcome Center link up top. Learn Why we post Roll Call. Read it again. Ask questions if you don't get it.

Then learn HOW to post Roll.

Head on over to Quit Groups and click on March 12 group. That will be your home.

Once inside...execute that fuckin beautiful Day 10 bro and let's get it!

Again....welcome.
