It's interesting that the craves come and go so fast. I know I can do this with the help of all these great people. The reason I asked about the fake stuff I spend lots of hours in a car or on a bus or plane traveling. Would normally spend that time with a dip. No more didn't bother me too much with the drive to work today. Just figured if I had the fake stuff might save me from the real thing.

What is the best fake stuff, Smokey MTN was terrible last time I quit.

I am constantly around other people who dip. I understand how you feel do I want one, yes, am I going to? Hell NO! Give yourself 10 minutes, I've never had a crave that lasted even that long so when I start the clock I often don't even notice when time as up because the crave went away.

I'm not an expert, I quit for 9 months thought I could handle just one and was back on for 6. I now understand addiction you can't ever have just one. Stay strong, post up and take it one day at a time. If you need any help let me know.

Sat there today and watched as 3 users put in a dip after lunch. Did I want one, thought about it and said NO. Wondered if you guys were able to watch others and not have urges anymore. I think I am doing alright for day 3, just gotta beat this thing head on.

Has anyone used the fake stuff? I thought about ordering the fake stuff not for a couple of weeks, however I am scared if I do the fake I will go right back to the NIC BITCH that I don't want anymore.
the fake stuff saved my ass a few times early on in my quit. I dont really use it any more but I still keep a can around just in case! You can do this!

i thought i would need the fake stuff for a long time. Wrong. I used it solid for about 30 days. Now I don't touch it, I've been quit for 104 days. Nice work man, keep it up. You CAN do this.

I have seen many many people take a dip in front of me. Nope, don't want it.

You can try the fake stuff, whatever it takes as long as there is no nicotine involved. I did sunflower seeds for about the first 120 days. ate the hell out of them. I haven't had any in years now. Nothing, nadda.

Freedom is unbelievable.

Chaos, bls - your among a great group of complete strangers that give their word to each other everyday that they will not dip. Wake-up every morning, post your promise to not dip that day. If you're men of your word, and we'll assume you are, then your promise not to dp will get you through that day. Wake-up tomorrow and repeat. Reach out when you need help, you'll be inundated with it. Your in the worst of it now, but it gets better. Take it one day at a time and be proud of each day's accomplishment.

Proud to be quit with you.

Well we got ourselves in a fine mess by quitting. As we sit here and get tormented by the Nic Bitch, we just got to keep reminding ourselves that others have been here and done this and so can we,

Great decision, as a coach you are a leader of young men, you can set a great example by being quit. Just post roll and keep your promise today and do it all over again tomorrow.

Hello everyone glad to see so many people quit. I decided today was the day. While recovering from last night part of a tooth fell out. That was enough to scare me. I know this will be tough. I am around this stuff all the time as a baseball coach. Oh well though i will find a way
