30 year user here.  I am just sick and tired of this addiction.  I've thought so many times about quitting, but there was always an excuse.  Was talking to a buddy the other day, and he reminded me he quit 15 years ago!  I was so envious.  So I committed to quitting this year ... Now.  I am finishing up day six.  To be honest, I am struggling a bit.  My anxiety is through the roof, I am not sleeping at all. My head was foggy all day in the office.  On a positive note, my gums are starting to heal up.  Still have one raw spot, but hoping that clears up quickly.  Anyway ... happy I found this site.  It helps just sitting here typing about it.
