66 days so far clean....WOW. This is the longest I've ever made it by 30 or so days. I can not believe I have been off dip for that amount of time. I still think about it but its easy to not do it. I have now made it through some very stressful work situations and also many fights with my gf. Usually I'd go straight to the can. Need to keep it up and not think for a second I have it beat. But life is starting to get better without it

Best decision of 2016 bro. Just a correction, it's not a habit but an addiction, and you never quit before now, you only stopped. Learn to hate the product we are addicted to, that shit will kill us.

If you're smart enough to admit to being a jets fan, you've probably got the gumption and tenacity to get through this.

Welcome to KTC. I see you posted roll. That is the key! Do that everyday and keep that promis every day. I chewed for as long as you've been alive. 1,131 days ago I found this site. The friends I have made here saved my life. Read, read, and read as much as you can. Invest all your energy into your quit. You are in the right place.

New Quitter Day 1
« on: December 26, 2016, 06:21:00 PM »
Hi all,

Just found this site. I have been addicted to Grizzly Long cut for 5 years and then switched to the pouches about a year ago. I have been dipping for a total of about 6 years. I have quit for as long as a month before.

Somethings that have sucked me back in is anxiety and thinking I had the habit beat before actually beating it completely. Also, I have been sucked back in by trying a cigarette or a cigar occasionally. I am getting to old for this habit and want to not have to worry about where I will dip and when anymore. I am 25 years old and already have been on the dip for 6 years. It is time to quit for good.

I am just coming up on 24 hours quit now. I was going to wait for New Years, but that has been a big part of my addiction. There is never a time that is better to quit. I just need to quit and get it over with.

Thank you
