Welcome to KTC, brother! I'm going out on a limb and guessing baseball and chewing were tied pretty closely for you (it was for me), so now is a perfect time to quit. By the time spring training starts up in March, you'll be well past your 100th quit day. Baseball was/is a huge trigger for me, so I'd much rather face it after being quit for 100 days than in the first week of my quit. I quit with you today brother.

Be careful that's probably what got you in trouble. I always thought chewin' an spittin' was "manly. Why was that in the mind of a fuckin teenager? Big fucking tabacco put it in my mind with their advertising to the teenage audience. Congrats on manning up and claiming your independence and freedom!

I saw you posted roll. Way to man up ECB. We are with you all the way. Just remember that you are not bulletproof at age 22. I know it feels like it and that you have plenty of time to straighten out your life, and you do, but do it without nicotine and you will be way ahead. Wish I would have stopped at age 22.

That is great, I love doing all things manly as well. Understand though that QUITTING take a lot more than just being manly. I have done several manly things and even some things that are damn near supernatural, but my quit has by far been one of the hardest damned things I have ever done.

Now read up the info on the site Welcome Center

Learn how to post roll How to Post Roll

Then post Roll here Pre-HOF February 2014 Quit Group

Post Roll daily. This is your promise to stay quit, understand that KTC is all about brotherhood and Accountability. Make sure that these words mean something to you. Also understand that all of us quitters care so when a cave happens people will take that shit personally. We invest time into people and the quit groups are like tight families of quit.

Finally, find an alternative, fake dip, candy, gum, mints, etc. Drink lots of water, so much that you cannot pass a bathroom without having to piss.

P.S. All of the above underlined words are links to the site.

Best thing I have read on KTC...Submitted by tgafish on 7/3/14

Former Skoal Straight and Cope Longcut user that started at the age of 12. QUIT on 7/15/13

Hey everybody!

I'm new to the forum and extremely new to quitting. Today is my quit day (11.11.2013), chosen last Monday.

A little background... I'm 22, played collegiate baseball, fly fisherman, musician, and like any other man, I love doing anything that is manly.

Men, here's to quittin. Give 'em Hell.
