Read up on what it means to post roll in the welcome center, then post! Don't worry about getting it perfect. Just f'n post roll. That promise takes dip OFF THE TABLE for today (if your word is good). The rest is just a matter of making that decision easier. Notice I said easier. Not easy. But doable.

Great choice, Poke!!! Learn how to Post Roll...and do it. That is all there is to it. Read all you can on this site. There is a ton of quit wisdom from folks who actually know what you're going through.

Just want to clarify something...you know pouches are bullshit, right? This is a ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY NO NICOTINE site. That's what Roll Call is all about...a daily promise to live nic free for one day.

You can do this, brother. PM if you need to. But post roll everyday and live free.

Welcome to KTC. Go up and click on the "welcome center" link above and read all about how and why we do things here. Post your day 1 in the May 2013 quit group and repeat each day. Use this intro post as your journal to write whatever you need to get through your quit. Exchange some numbers with your quit group guys for added support and accountability. This site works for those who work the site.

Just had my last dip...

Today is the day I'm going to give it up. I'm 26 and have been chewing for 6 years after I swore I would never start. My dad and brother both dip and today is the day I show them it is possible to quit. I switched over to pouches about 3 days ago to help with the side effects. It's going to be a rough couple of days but I stocked up on mints and seeds.

Going to be a rough weekend but it's time to give it up!
