Welcome Shane. Congratulations on making it this far on your own, that's a monster accomplishment that I would never have been able to do. Keep popping anything that doesn't have nicotine in it.
The tired and lethargic feeling comes and goes from what I hear. I had a funk for the first week or so, but I seem to have gotten through that one. Nicotine serves to speed up your metabolism, so removing it from your system has left your body looking for that way to stay awake (probably why you're tired and lethargic). The healthiest way to do so is to drink a ton of water and get back to working out (plus this will boost your metabolism).
Furthermore, head over to the pre-HOF October 2015 group and post your promise there that you will not use nicotine. You will get a ton of support from all of us guys similarly situated. In fact, you have more quit days under your belt than most of us in there. Come over, share your story, and get involved. Doing so has increased my chances of success exponentially. I only quit for today though, so should you. Tomorrow we will deal with when it gets here.
Let's get to it Shane-o. I'll quit with you today.
