Thanks guys. Yes it was an odd way to introduce myself, but it was my main concern for a couple days. I already eat a really high fiber diet (prunes, berries, etc) so not sure how much I can change there. But today was a little better, so I'm feeling ok this minute. Day 6, and I march on
So Austin I didn't see where you've posted roll call in your February pre-HOF (Hall of Fame) 2012 quit group. That group has been quite the drama filled entertainment last couple of days. Click on the "salmon" (really pussy pink color but some guy gets upset with that) colored Welcome Center above to learn how to post roll call. Posting roll call is your promise to not use any nicotine for the next 24 hours. Wake up the next morning and post roll again. Quitting one day at a time and keeping eachother accountable. Pretty simple.

Day six is awesome!

I chewed the seeds shell and all. All that fiber gets things going.

So I found this site long ago, been a long time visitor, but first time poster. Today is day 5 for me. Things haven't been as bad as I thought they would be, but I was prepared for absolute hell, as I had attempted to quit a few times years ago. So maybe my expectations being so low prepared me.

I'm sure I'll have plenty of chances to share my story, but the only thing I can think of right now is...will I ever have a normal shit again? Man, that is what is killing me right now, I just wanna drop a big fat deuce, and I can't do it. ANyone else have/had this problem? Please tell me it gets better
Everyone seems to have this problem. Took at least 3 weeks for me 'till things improved. I'm on day 71 now and things are finally starting to feel normal. Eat some prunes and ride it out...

Interesting way to introduce yourself.

Don't sell the suck short, there will be shitty days ahead of that you can be sure.

As for the ole deucy. Drink tons of water, when you think you have had enough water drink more.

This too shall pass.... ( sorry had to )

Welcome to the site.
