Congrats m'man!
Nice work get out and enjoy some booze ho's (make sure you clear that) today or just get out and enjoy the day since it is finally nice in this part of the tundra.
Complacency sucks, one moment of it is the difference between being a user and a quitter....OIB

I'm proud of you brother! Keep bringing it every day man! You are the glue that keeps Trauma and Apple Jack from spinning off somewhere else. For me you are that quiet, strong confidence that I've come to expect posting roll every day. The superman of quit. Enjoy your day, I've enjoyed being quit with you EDD!
Well done quitter!!!!!
I second SFGE - you followed me on my journey even when I traveled to other sites - you were the ONLY one day in and day out by my side - you hold us together and our group is better because of you....I owe you for showing me exactly how strong we are with each other! The other group members always were there and ready for me when I came back with open arms and support more than I could bear but for all you who don't know....this man posted roll double next to me and next to y'all every damn day sometimes on three sites a day just because he's that BADASS!
You been part of my text group from the beginning man. Your a true quitter and you help my quit every day. Congrats on a year big dog!!

Yanking this up to the top.

Congrats on 300 my July brother!
Man oh Man what an accomplisment, that is huge.... I quit with you every day man. Literally, through text haha, good job man.
I'm really late on this one but while I'm on the subject of talking about pillars of the Junk Free July group. You are one of those pillars my friend. You are the quiet Quit. You don't make a lot of noise but you are there for a ton of people but first and foremost you have been there for everyone in Junk Free July. I just wanted to call you out today because you are so quiet you are that pillar along with Trauma and AJ holding everything up in our group.

You and I were conductors for August. What a crazy time that was. Asking us to be conductors when we were just over 100 days quit. Now we're three times quit. Come to think about it, I feel I was still in a fog at 100 days.

I've texted you congratulations but wanted to make it a public congratulations on 300. You deserve to be called out and not slide under the radar. Proud of you brother!

Today is day 57 and I still struggle, but it is thing like what happened to me yesterday that keep the quit strong.

If anyone is following me in the exercise thread I have been doing Couch to 5K (C25K).  Third week in an my knees were killing me, did some research and the only way fix it was to stop running for a bit and do some non-impact aerobics.  So, I rode my bike.

Now yesterday morning it was pouring down rain out side so I decided to use our stationary bike (which is equipped with a heartbeat monitor) inside. I kick it off and ride at a walk pace  (heartbeat monitor shows 100BPS).  Now step it up and jog (120 BPS).  This cycle continued, then on my last Jog I decided to step it up and got my heart beat to 135BPS.

Now many of you that have never monitored your heart beat while on nic might not understand what I am talking about.  When I was on Nicotine and did light jogging I could not keep my heartbeat under 140 and if I actually ran it would go into the 170 range.  This pretty much stopped me from doing any type of aerobic activity, it was too dangerous.

In just 57 days, my heart has recovered a lot.  Just for shits and grins, I tested my resting heartbeat and it is at 76, on nicotine it was 90.

I figured sharing this little tidbit might help others to keep Quit, I know today I am!
Nice work!!! Years ago I did the couch to 10K. I still run almost everyday. My resting heart rate on Nic, and a 20 miles plus a week runner, was 74, now around 62. Amazing, how that works right! I quit with you Quit.

Proud to be in July with you brother! I appreciate your encouragement so just want to pass some on your way. Stay strong man...
