Hey all. Love the site. I've been a long time Kodiak dipper, started in HS, probably around 1991. I went through a can every other day pretty much for years. I used Bac-off and serious willpower to quit in 2005, and didn't touch the stuff for a few years. I remember bumming a dip while drunk out of town with work people, and fast forward to 3 years later....I've been dipping Grizzly WG and hiding it from family, friends, etc, for those 3 years. As I stand (sit) right now, I have been dip free for one week. Quit cold turkey (no nicotine, no fake stuff) on 9-11-11. Cravings have been ridiculous lately. I work on the road, and feel driven to stop at every single gas station, and "just have one". 'bang head' I have resisted. There are many moments of weakness, but it does get easier. Thanks for the site, I posted on Quitsmokeless.org when I quit in 2005, but am too embarrassed to go back, as I have a HOF speech posted. The shame.
Day 7.
