Reading posts, writing posts, helping other quitters out there...that is what keeps me busy during the idle times where I would previously pack a dip and do nothing productive.
Stock up on seeds, gum, fake, whatever you need to counter the crave. I keep that stuff handy during the times I normally would throw in a lip, like when watching the game on TV or surfing the net.
You can do this. You are doing it. Each day that passes, your quit grows stronger.
