My second day and I admit it was easier than I thought it would be. I have to credit that to this site because it is something that I've reached out to and am accountable to some of the bro's on here. Also my symptoms of heavy use (i.e. waking up at 3:00 to dose(!) have been absent for about 6 weeks due to tapering off and my shame of doing that.

Just be glad it was not any worse and keep coming here and giving someone else some encouragement. You would not want to cave now (or really any time in the future either)

I'm sorry I don't do the roll call. I quit chewing Tuesday night. I'm only 18 and have been chewing for two years. What's helps me is reading the stories people have. I don't want cancer I want to remember what life is like not being addicted and these last few days have really surprised me because of the lack of symptoms. The first couple times I tried quitting was nothing like this and I just wanted someone's honest opinion.

Hey,, i think i'll quit today. Oh, it's that hard to quit!! I got to go through what! Hell no not me!!! I enjoy putting poison in my lip. Putting poison in my mouth is so much better than manning up and taking my life back. I love spending my hard earned money on something that's killing me ever so slowly.

Spot on guys. You know the sad part is the time delta took up could have been spent on one of the other newbies that is fighting for his/her life. But just like the story of the little girl walking the beach, she is frantically throwing beached live starfish back into the ocean, a guy walks up and asks, child what are you doing she replies saving starfish, he replies there are millions how can you possibly make a difference, the small child looks down at a starfish in her hand and replies, it makes a difference to this one. I keep reminding myself there are ones that mean it! How do you guys long in the tooth stay so damn motivated?
