The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Bro congrats again and enjoy this day as another +1.

We head our train over to Dallas to pick up Grizzly Addict. He is married with one child, drives a suburban, hunts and pays his bills through corporate real estate. He started smoking at the age if 17 and then after a pack a day habit moved to Grizzly wintergreen at the age of 23. He plans on bringing Dewers Scotch onboard our train and says he enjoys too many inappropriate behaviors to list, lets put him in the train car with the folks that are rowdy lol. He will be taking his family out to dinner to celebrate tonight. When asked if he is signing up for 200 day he said "Probably",,,,,,, well bro,,,, my advice is Like Nike Just Do It.. Which is his own phrase for his words of wisdom. This bad ass isn't afraid of anyone here but says that Wastpanel is his most inspiring quitter. He enjoys all the avatars with bouncy boobs, I can understand that!
When asked if there was anyone he would like to thank Grizzly said "LOTS OF PEOPLE, BILLY BILL, WASTEPANEL JRZZLE AND MANY MANY OTHERS". Grizzly, well done my friend, stay around for another 100days and add those +1s bro. Congratulations from Jake and I, we quit with you. Erussell 147.
I would rather lose to a cheater than win as a cheater.

I felt like I was empting the fridge prettty hard and had been dieting hard prior to my quit. Lost 35 lbs and was checking in at 206. Four days in and up 6 lbs. I get on my mountian bike and ride like the nic bitch is chasinv my ass. Made it 6 miles this morning and ran 2 more tonight. Get out there and push it. I feel 100 times better running and riding without a wad of poison in my face. Quit with you griz edd.

Day 57, man it feels good to be a quitter.  Lets talk about weight gain fellows. I think i have stacked on 20 lbs since my quit. Not good, not good at all. I walk daily, but that is not cutting it. Time to get it in gear.
Excellent brother. Stacking those days in the first few weeks can cause a little weight gain. You want to lose it your going to have to do more than a brisk walk in the shady little park down the road bro. Time to step it up to the next level. Quit with you..
I put on 30# in the first 30 days. All I did was eat. Sounds like you are doing things right with your quit. If you are ready, get to work on the weight gain.
Hey GA -

like Evil, I also put on 30 pounds in my first 100 days. I am a big guy who has fought weight my whole life so going from 265 to 295 shocked me (though 3 years prior was at 335 before losing the weight with a CPAP and going on a no sugar drink diet). But that was me last year....I quit, weight went up, but I needed to focus and kick the nicotene first.

Now I quit in Jul12, hit the HOF in Oct12, and as of May 1st 2013, finally felt like I needed to do something about weight. I started full out with help (and using DDP Yoga). And since then have lost that 30 that I had put on.

So just to let you know the weight loss can and will come. Just focus on one thing at a time. Its good you recognize it now, but keep doing what you are and keep that quit strong.

Been on the road with work, been a very busy month, probably a blessing to be so distracted from the nicotine whore. Anywho, went the whole day without a craving, the first day of 34 without one. I tell you this for the guys in the. First 10 days who think they would chop off their dicks for pinch. Sit tight, ride the fucking train and hold on. You will be at day 20 pr 30 soon enough. Hour by hour guys, minute by minute. Thank you KTC
You have no idea how great things will get.

:D
