Congratulations R3b! You should be really, really proud of all your accomplishments this past year! Keep crushing it!
Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

First 436 days quit! It hasnt been easy but its been worth it.
I am competing in my first Power lifting meet on Saturday the 11th for charity. Ive been training my ass off and Im ready to see what happens on the platform.

Starting to add walks into my training regimen three days a week to start. With a goal to be up to three times a week.

Other than that ive been living life.
Goodluck badass! Power lifting is cool. YouÂ’ve come a long ways

You da man R3D2!
Way to persevere through things that could derail a quitter.
You always reached out and used the tools you knew would keep you quit.
I'm proud to quit with you daily.
Congrats on your 1 year quit!

As I see day 365 along the horizon I feel I must reflect a bit on my time here at KTC. I have made some serious progress in myself. I quit nic, started power lifting, been elected to Sr. Vice Commander for the department of Iowa DAV and went to national DAV convention, I closed on our house, all stressful things that would have sent me running to the dip. With help from my quit brothers and sisters I didn't.
Want to send a few thanks out to a few people that went above and beyond when I needed it.

Thanks

Friday I head to New Orleans for the DAV National convention. I'm looking forward to it and I should learn a lot.
I am concerned about the flight from my hometown airport though. Last year the cancelled my flight and I had to rush to Madison to catch my flight. I am on a tight schedule so I'm a little concerned.
We were just in new Orleans. Fun time. HOT AS HELL. Take your speedo.

Have fun. Enjoy your quit in a city known for sins!

Holy cow it been 6 months since I posted here! A lot had happened. The biggest thing is I'm still quit. But we closed on the house, I been training steadily other than a few mental health issues that caused me to miss training. I have been voted the Sr. Vice for the DAV Department of Iowa, and we are planning a trip on Rt 66 in September. I want thank Candoit for the daily text. I want to thank my quit brothers and sisters in December for the support. I will try to post more often in here.
Time flies, doesn't it?
Proud to be quit with you everyday r3.

Where in Iowa are you near?!
the quit life is the good life! Congrats all around R3!
