100 Days!
Thanks to everyone for support

To all new readers hang in there! Stay Quit! It gets much better!

We all believe that we are so far in that we couldn't possibly stay away from Nicotine, but it is possible with vigilance and dedication and accountability.
These are the things you find and develop at KTC.

Post Roll, read up, plan ahead, ditch those people in your life that may cause you to slip up.

Stay Quit!

Thanks for all the replies.
Going on day 2 and feel ok.
Of course the thought crosses my mind but also the future without this addiction controlling me.
Thanks for all the encouragement and support so far. I like watching the quit calc ticking up.
I live in Yakima.
This right here. Keep it up and stay vigilant, and before you know it you will feel noticeably better. It takes a lot of time to re-wire your brain though after all that abuse. Nicotine does NOT relieve stress, help focus, solve problems, should not be considered a companion or friend, help with boredom, taste good, etc. It really only helps with withdrawals to NICOTINE. Sounds a lot like racketeering to me. Shit should be illegal!

Nicotine robs you of your ambition. Your time. Your money. Your health. You have put it in front of your daughter in terms of importance for over a decade, bro. It's time to man up and get your priorities straight. You can do this!

Learn to hate Nicotine and Tobacco and all the lies that encompass its users and advocates.

Hey Climber, great decision to utilize the tools here at KTC. Most of us have similar stories to yours. There are a lot professionals and ninja dippers. What's great is regardless of occupation, everyone here understands the addiction and that's all that really matters. I'm a fellow Washingtonian. I lived in East Lake Seattle for 8 years and moved fairly recently to Spokane to go back to school. Where do you live in Washington?

If you make the simple commitment to post every day you'll find that quitting is so much easier. I tried a hundred times to quit and nothing worked. Now I'm on day 140 due to KTC and the support of its members. PM me any time if you have any questions or need some support!

Glad your here friend. The whore doesn't care about what you do, who you love, or what you would like to do. She only cares about you slinging shit in your lip...daily. If you want to quit, then you have found the best place IMO to help you, but you have to use the system. You have to be willing to stick to the routine, and not deviate. I quit with you today friend. ps. I believe God is helping you. He led you here, and that's exactly what happened to me.
