Day 22 and it feels good. I still feel like I want a dip almost every morning, but once I get through the morning it is a bit easier. Sometimes I feel like I want a dip SOOOOOO bad and I just throw some Jack Link's Jerky Chew Teriyaki or Smokey Mountain Wintergreen in my lip and I am good. I am thinking also about using a vape with e-liquid that has no nicotine in it (I used to vape some too). Not sure I am going to do that or not yet.
Once again I would like to thank everyone on this site. Just going through a reading what everyone has gone through or is going through makes me feel not so alone at this. Last time I quit I was only quit for 90 days, but I did not quit for myself. I quit for my at the time girlfriend. I now realize you DO have to quit for yourself and no one else. I know we are not supposed to worry about the future, but I am worried about November and deer hunting, as that is ALL I would do is dip while I am out there. I will let everyone know BEFORE I go out hunting, as I am not sure I will be able to post roll, as I barely get any signal out there and some spots are dead.
Let's keep this ship sailing and not let pirates(the nic bitch) take it over!
