Why are you not gonna post roll with us anymore? Its obviously working and it doesn't take that long. Hate to see you go and it worries me too after seeing Apogeeammos post yesterday. Not saying it has to be that way for you but why take a chance. I know that daily promise I make is the extra insurance I need to stay clean today. Think about it. That is all.

In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

Quitting Nicotine has me feeling like I have awaken from coma. It is time for me to get serious about losing weight. I am reviving the weight loss thread.

I am sure there are plenty of people that can help support each other. I was already heavy and the 83 days of nic quit has helped me pack on some more uncomfortable weight.

Anyone care to join?

I know this isn't shocking, but is there no level they won't sink to?
Thanks for posting. This is the same shit different day, we're just getting wiser to it now that it doesn't enslave us any more.

Today I choose to quit because today is the only day I have control over today. Tomorrow is a new day and when tomorrow is today, I'll control it too, but not until then. I will win this fight with today...

Quote from: Screw30 days quit today. The site is a blessing!

I have given myself a free pass on the booze and diet.

What do you vets think about me attacking more vices? Too soon.....or go for it?

'tough'
awesome on the 1 month my friend, just do not get overconfident or complacent as there is still a long way to go.

For me its been taking its time, it was more than 8 months before I tackled the weight, and now a year and a half to tackle a little alcohol control.

So give it time and do what you think is best as each person is his own person.

again kudos and keep on the path.
