You caved ADMann because you broke the "Law of Addiction".
That is, YOU put the POISON in YOUR mouth!!!!!!!

Make up your mind, quit being a fucking PUSSY!! Look in the mirror and be honest with yourself. If you're gonna "be" quit, then "be" quit. If you're gonna "be" a liar to yourself, then "be" a liar to yourself.....
Look in the mirror (literally) and "DECIDE" which YOU are gonna "be"!!!!
Make the best choice NOW! Scream, cry, swing at your addiction....get crazy fucking mad about it! Snap out of the cave talk and get the quit walk struttin'!!!
Do it for YOU cause you're the one who will have to live with being on your death bed dying from the dip you put in your addicted mouth!
YOU can kick the can...the TOOLS are here.
pay very close attention to what Scowick65 is saying to YOU! Think on it! BE QUIT!!!!!
I quit with YOU TODAY!!! 'bang head'
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.

So, how does it feel repeating the agony of withdrawal. Make the quit stick this time and don't suffer that again. Get your plan together. That needs to be priority #1.

So I have been posting with KTC for more the 70 days. I was doing really good till I craved, and did not ask for help. I screwed up and allowed life to get in my way. I failed my self by not believing in myself and I failed my Nov brothers by not calling and asking for help.

The biggest thing I can say is that I will ask for help, either by calling, txting, emailing, screaming, fuck I'll use smoke signals if I have to. I will not fail this time. I will keep my fat ass in the gym, watch what I eat, and ask for help.

A little about me, I had chewed for about 15 years or so. I was a big fan of the fresh cope both long cut and snuff, and God know that I loved a little RedMan. I was in the military for 10 years, till I became a single father and I then choose to seperate at the end of my contract and become dad full time. I still work for the gov, but no longer have to wear the uniform or go on deployments.
You gotta give us a "why." What happened? Allowing life to get in the way is not a "why." You gotts 'splain it to us.

Cavers don't understand the importance of this question in the list of three. This is CRITICALLY important. It's not intended to force you to pants yourself. It's to share will all of us where the failure comes from. What happened that caused you to drop your guard? If someone else has a similar experience and knows your tale, they may be more inclined to keep their gaurd up even more.

So again... why?

You must dig deep to figure out why you caved and how to fix it. I can assure you that it is not because you did not believe in yourself. There are NOT two types of people; people who believe and quit and people who do not believe and fail. Figure this out.

Hope came back to bite you in the ass... Hope is a weak word..
It looks as though you went 2 months without posting anything.. probably not involved enough, and I'd have to guess not involved with a few buddies?

If you thought your first day was long back in August, you ain't seen shit then buddy.

What happened?
Why did it happen?
What are you doing differently this time?

EDIT: You had a 98% roll call record as well. Your first day missed was last week. Would you care to elaborate extensively about why you posted roll call for over 60 (almost) consecutive days and then just chose to use without notifying anybody?
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

ADMann you definitely owe us some answers 60 + day quit gone POOF. I admire your honesty and you made the right call to come back. My advice is to not go it alone. Buddy up with a few folks NOW and use those digits when you need them, we have your back but you need to reach out as well. To those given second chances much will be required.
Quit 8/14/12 and taking my life back one day at a time.

If you don?t control what you have access to, what you have access to will control you.

I?m trying to remind myself daily it?s not the absence of conflict that determines whether or not my relationships are healthy. It?s knowing how to handle the conflicts that will arise.

Character is who we are, not who we pretend to be. It's better to be shaped than to be fake.

OK dude. you just posted a Day ONE again today. What happened? November needs some answers and January needs to know who they're dealing with.

Let's get some truth out...

Welcome ADMann. Check your inbox(1)

As mentioned before hope is not in our vocabulary.

Hope implies that there is an option to fail. Hope implies that your quit is not in your control. We submit that Quit is a decision- completely within your control. There is no option to fail once you put your name on roll call. Own your quit. You can do this.

ADMann, i was hooked for 32 years, can a day. This site is the formula for success. I am 68 day quit and feeling great. Push through the suck and there is light as long as you post, quit and repeat one day at a time. Quit with you TODAY
