Haven't seen you post in March yet?  Take the plunge my friend.  It can be a tough ride but the benefits out way the challenges...like staying alive!  You can do this man and these folks can/WILL help.

Appreciate everyone. Having some issues with not being able to figure out how to post. Not even sure I’m doing this correctly. I watched the video as I’m on iPhone. But just not getting it.

Click this Link.  It will take you to the March quit group.  The second post down is the current roll post and it shows you in red where to post.  Just hit the "Quote" button on the top right of that post.  It will open the text box.  Scroll down until you see "<—- New March Quitters! Post name, day count, and promise after the last post in this section." and post you name, day count and promise right above that line.  Then hit "Post"
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

As the others have said, this is the place if you want to quit and stay quit. The help here is sincere and real. Everyone here has been through what you are going through now, most multiple times before finding KTC. Now that you have tossed the can, NICOTINE IS NOT AN OPTION. (I am only repeating what the many folks on this site have said to me over the past three weeks and it has worked for me) Stuffing chew in your face NEVER fixed or changed anything. You can't control what the world throws at you, but you can control what YOU CHOOSE to put in your mouth.

You are free! The can no longer owns you. Celebrate. It will hurt. The fog will be thick. Weird stuff will pop up that is tough to endure or explain. Bring it here. The sages of KTC will explain and help. And KNOW it will get better.  Let me know if I can help

Threw my new can away a few minutes after finding his group. Dipping for 32 years. Can a day habit. Did the gum for a bit in the past. Didn’t work. Any advice would be welcomed. I made it 45 days once years ago but quit the quit.
Great job making the decision to quit. You have come to the right place! Head over to the March20 group and post your promise assuming you have stopped using nicotine in all forms. Your day 1 is the day you made the decision to stop. We quit one day at a time (ODAAT). Wake up and post your promise (WUPP)  first thing in the morning and then keep your word. Repeat the process the following day. Fellow quitters will be reaching out via messages to exchange digits and offer support. This is normal but only exchange digits through messages and not the forum. Drink a ton of water and get extra rest. You can do this. Here is the link to your group

 You’ll get lots of support!
When you are ready to quit for good post
Day 1 in the March group. You will have a huge support system to help you stay quit. Get in there.

@Jmonk   you ready to do this or are you going to let a dead plant in a can control you? You can do this and we are here to help you. But you need to want to quit for you.
